Our condo is directly across from the beach and just steps to beach
access.To the drive beach is north the no-drive beach is south of
the beach access road.Although we have lost our full ocean view we
still have peeks of the ocean and our river view is
wonderful.
The condo is well equipped and decorated.We have new living
room furnature that is attractive and comfortable.

Our private lanai is a wonderful spot to catch the morning
sun,read a book,relax and enjoy a beverage.Our back balcony is
wonderful for the afternoon sun,sunset and watch the boats on the
river.Or Picture this;washing the dinner dishes and watching the
sunset over the river,or making Sunday breakfast watching
thesailboats travel down the river.Take your coffee or juice out to
the balcony,watch the seabirds and the lovely sky ,plan your day and
enjoy the sun.Take a short walk to the beach or enjoy the lovely
pool.The views are still
wonderful!!!!The guest bedroom,kitchen and back entry porch have a
lovely river view.Our rates are always affordable.Beach access is
across the street.This condo is a no smoking-no pet unit with a six
person restricted by
condo rules.
The condo has 2 bedrooms,2 baths,full kitchen,dining area and living
room.The private balcony,living room and master bedroom has ocean
view.The kitchen and guest bedroom have a river view.Watch the
sunrise from the private balcony,Watch the sunset from the kitchen
and back entry porch.This is a wonderful location directly across
road from beach.Near shopping,fishing, boating & restaurants.The
complex has a pool,tennis courts,picnic area with grill,rec room,
assigned parking and secured entry.The complex has a large pool and
tennis court.

There are twin beds in guest room,Queen bed in master,all
bedding,towels and pillows are provided.There is a pac and play for
the infant or toddler in you family. The kitchen is well equipped
including full size new Frig,rnge anbd dishwasher micro-wave,coffee
maker,pots and
pans,toaster,dishes,glassware and silverware.Dining table and
breakfast bar has a lovely river view.New furniture in living room
includes sofa and love seat,coffee and end
tables,lamps.Cable Tvs in living room, master bedroom, and guest
bedroom.Dvd player and vcr in living room.Patio funiture and beach
chairs.Central air and heat.ceiling fan in living room and both
bedrooms,laundry room on each floor.Books games and toys for rainy

South.Sunglow Fishing pier and Crabby Joe's resaurant and Mikes
located in the Beach Quarter resort and Boon Docks are walking
distance.
Booking information The best way to reserve is by phone-put the $200
deposit on your crdit or debit
cardIf paying by check or money orderWe will hold the condo for 5-7
days for you
while you send the security deposit.We suggest priority mail with a
receipt for tracking.It will not be put on the calendar until
receipt of deposit.We will send rental papers and information you
will need to save at that point.Reservations made under 30 days of
arrival need to send deposit and rent.Keys will be mailed about 10
day
before arrival.Deposit will be returned if cancelled 30 days before
arrival with a $50 cancellation fee.If you need to cancel after
deposit will be applied to
future stay.Your deposit will be returnedafter keys are returned by
mail at our cost.We do make the rental process easy.We also accept
credit cards by phone on the rent for a small fee.Security deposits
have no fee

No parking of trailers,trucks,campers or boats.Must be 25 to sign

days before arrival total security and rent due 7 days after booking
but must be before arrival(overnite mail accepted) We accept money
