Rates are subject to change without any notice until the house is booked in writing.  
This vacation home is in a quiet residential neighborhood so no 
weddings, parties, or events of any kind are permitted at this home.
PAYMENT POLICIES:  A Security Deposit $1,000.00 is due upon booking.  Full payment is due on arrival 
with cash or cashier's check.  Payment by personal check must be received two (2) weeks prior to 
occupancy.  The Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure.  Liability for 
damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit.  
Absolutely No Pets! (sorry the owners have a child with allergies)
Absolutely No Smoking inside the home! 
Maximum Occupancy 10 persons, including infants and children, in or on this property at any time.
You must be 30 years or older to rent this property.
