at Center court within the Tennis Complex, this villa is a short two block walk to the ocean. This location on the 
island is ideal for pool and ocean swimming, sun bathing, tennis, biking, fishing, and crabbing. The villa is set in 
a low traffic complex with walking (100 yards) access to the island's Olympic sized pool, restaurant, and gift 
shops.
Wildlife includes deer and a large variety of marsh dwelling birds. The sunset view from the back porch is 
remarkable and is complemented by the peace and serenity of the natural landscape of the island.
The villa is in excellent condition, fully furnished, and supplied with everything needed for an enjoyable beach 
weekend.

Activities and Attractions

Fripp Island is a nature lover's and sports enthusiast's dream.  Beach walking and jogging, and ocean 
swimming, may be the main attraction as the beach is broad and flat and the ocean is clean and gentle at low 
tide and has sufficient waves for body surfing at high tide.  There are bike paths all over the island which are 
separated from the roadway for safety, although the speed limit is never higher than 25mph anywhere on the 
island.  There are two "world class" golf courses, each within a mile of the unit.  The tennis facility is right 
outside the front door.  Both the golf and tennis clubs have group and private lessons for all ages and abilities.  
The island also has guided, supervised group activities for children and youth.  Deer roam the island freely and 
many shore birds inhabit Fripp.  There are guided nature programs for all ages.  There are multiple options for 
fishing and crabbing.  There are seven pools, including a facility with kid oriented pool features, as well as a 
park with volleyball, basketball, swings and jungle gyms.  When the day is ending, the sunset view from the 
villa's deck overlooking a pristine marsh cannot be surpassed on the island.  Historic Beaufort is only 19 miles 
away.
