A beautifully furnished 1920's character home with a large, heated, salt water pool located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake.

Aylesbury Manor is an elegant and spacious 4 bedroom home that has been extensively renovated.
All hardwood floors have been restored to original condition and all bathrooms and kitchen have
been completely remodelled. It features 4 Queen bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a jacuzzi
bathtub, 20' X 40' heated pool, fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, two large TV's/DVD, CD player/radio and
wireless internet access.

Aylesbury Manor is located in old town Niagara-on-the-Lake, very
close to the shops and fine restaurants and right around the
corner from our other 3 vacation homes in the town, Amberlea House,
Simcoe Pines, and Avalon. They are also featured
on this site.

The house sits on a large corner lot with mature trees and
professional landscaping. The fenced backyard is a private oasis
with an inground heated pool, lounging area and a raised wooden deck.

Aylesbury Manor can comfortably host 10 guests and with its many
large principal rooms, it is a wonderful retreat for family get
togethers and celebrations with good friends.

The main floor is very spacious and features several large principal rooms that make it
easy for guests to be together.
Aylesbury Manor is furnished with antiques mixed in with new pieces
and some collectables. The overall feeling is romantic country,
typical of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

The Living room features a ceiling to floor fireplace, several windows, gleaming
hardwood floors, a 32 inch TV/DVD and plenty of comfortable seating.
There are 2 chairs and 2 large sofas, one being a Queen sofa sleeper. This room
makes a really cosy room in the winter as well. We provide fire logs
for your convenience.

The Sitting Room is found between the Living room and the Dining
room. It has a wicker sofa, chair and table. Overlooking the Dining
Room, it is a quiet corner to sit and read a book.

The Dining Room has a pine harvest table and black high back chairs.
The ceramic floor, sisal carpet and pine furniture gives it an
authentic country feeling.

The tiled Kitchen is newly remodelled and features all amenities
including built in dishwasher, microwave and all equipment needed to
create a nice meal at home.

On the main floor is the large Master Bedroom suite. It has a queen sized country bed, and the 4th full bathroom.
There is also a second TV(28 inch)with a DVD.
It is also located at the back part of the house making it quite private.

The Sun Room is very bright with 3 large
windows and a skylight. It has sliding glass doors looking out to
the deck and pool. Decorated in Scandinavian style this room is
bright and cheery, a great place for breakfast and lunch. It is a summer room that is not heated.


The Second Floor

Upstairs are 3 Queen Size Bedrooms. They each
have their own private full bathroom and feature hardwood floors,
beautiful comforters, and antique pieces.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located the 2nd floor
concealed behind the white double doors on the landing.


Outside Living

The private backyard is a great place to relax by the pool with
family and friends.
Take a dip or just sit and enjoy the extensive landscaped garden.

From the Sun room you can walk out to the raised deck with built in
benches and summer furniture which includes a table, chairs and a
big market umbrella for hot summer days.

Below the deck is the patio which surrounds the pool. There are
chairs and loungers by the pool, and a lovely garden bench which is framed by
ornamental evergreens.

The pool is large however, there is still considerable lawn area
with silver birch trees for children to play.

For guests who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is also a gas BBQ that
is connected to the house so there is no need to worry about propane.

During the winter the pool is covered with a high security cover
that bolts into the concrete.


Aylesbury Manor has Central Air Conditioning.
There is parking for 4 cars. All linens and towels are included.

Shoulder Season Rates: 
Sept 12th-October 31st (and Holidays) and May 1st-May 18th 

$2300 CAD per week (approx 1850 USD)

$475 CAD per night, min. 2 nights.(approx 380 USD)


Low Season Rates:Nov 1st-April 30th(except Christmas and New Years)
$1795 CAD per week (approx 1450 USD)
$325 CAD per night, min. 2 nights. (approx 260 USD)


High Season Rates with heated pool open: May 19th-Sept 11th(dates that pool will stay open vary depending on
season and customer demand. Please enquire.)
$3650 CAD per week ( approx 2850 USD)
$650 CAD min. 3 nights. (approx 495 USD)

5% GST will apply.

Rates apply to 8 guests. A $50 CAD charge will apply to each guest
over 8, to a maximum of 10.
The maximum allowed at the home at any time is 10.

Weekly bookings are fom Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday
depending upon availability.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation by Visa and
Mastercard(in Canadian funds).
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to
arrival date.
