The Kolmar compound is located less than one block from Wind'n Sea 
beach and just five minutes South of La Jolla Village in a private 
residential compound and central courtyard, is an ideal vacation 
spot.

This completely remodeled and professionally decorated studio offers 
location to the beach and quiet nights, and affords a 
comfortable, "live-in" feel for vacationers. The unit is truly 
designed to be home-away from home that makes a vacation truly 
special. The Bedroom has a queen bed sleeps two. 
  
Linens are completely furnished. This is a perfect place for a 
couple. Possibly with a small child. The owners live close to the 
unit and are avid surfers so special requests for surf boards or 
beach gear can be accomodated.

POLICIES:
* No smoking
* Payment Options:  Visa/Mastercard/Paypal/Personal/Business Check, 
Cashiers Check, Money Order.
* Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season.
  (mid June thru 1st week in September).
* Check-in after 2:00pm.  Check-out by 10:00am
* A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates.
* Security deposit of $300 is refundable shortly after departure if
  key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
* Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance
  will be sent after receipt of final payment.
* Rates include maid service on departure.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The studio comes complete with a full bath, large closet,large 
bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser, cable television and 
internet access.
The dining table seats four and the kitchen is set up with 
coffee/tea maker, kitchen utensils, plates and glasses etc.

The patio area just outside the unit is comfortable and private. 
Complete with a bar b que, outside eating area, space heater & three 
fountains. This is a great area to have outdoor cocktails and enjoy 
the wonderful weather and talk about surf stories and life.  

Please make special requests for the beach items, barbque, surf 
boards, etc. you might require. Maid service and new sheets and 
towels will be provided if unit is rented for more than a week by 
the same party. Laundry facilitys are located on the property.
