What's in a name? Everything. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath cabin has a view that can only be described as sensational, so it's name bacame Sensational View. This cabin has all the amenities and space one could wish for and is only minutes away from the plentiful shopping and entertainment available in Gatlinburg.

The outdoor hot tub is a wonderful way to relax at the end of a fun-filled day. But what really makes this cabin special is the view from the on-deck hot tub. Whether you're sharing it with someone special, or escaping the fast pace of the world, as you look out over the mountain, peace and tranquility settle around you. During the day, the colors of nature at any time of the season are amazing, and at night the spectacular site of city lights or fireworks send a sweet serenity straight to your heart. Truly, this cabin earns its name. So make your vacation sensational with a stay at Sensational View in the Great Smokey Mountains.

On main level, there is the master king bedroom with adjoining bath and a whirpool bath, then a queen bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa and recliner with an adjoining dining area. There is also another dining area in the gameroom which opens up to join the other dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, can opener, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, toaster, stove, and over the stove microwave. In the gameroom is a pool table, a foosball table, two fold out sofas, and many windows to enjoy the beautiful view. There are TV's in all the bedrooms, gameroom, and living room. The cabin has a VCR/DVD and CD player. On the upstairs level, there are 2 queen bedrooms and one full bedroom. In one of the queen bedrooms, there is a large futon and two twin beds. There is also 2 full bath. The cabin is 2200 square feet with high ceilings and sleeps 16 people.

On the outside covered deck is the hot tub with table and chairs and a gas BBQ grill. It is so relaxing and romantic to sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine and view the city lights of Gatlinburg. This is really an experience you will never forget. We had our faminy up just before Christmas this past year and sang Christmas carols on the deck outside. The granchildren loved it, especially with a surprise visit from Santa. We will always remember these times.

The cabin has a large parking area which can accomodate 4-5 cars. We have actually had room to throw a football in this area. The cabin has a very unique look, haven't seen one like it anywhere. It also sits on solid ground, not like some of them that hang over a cliff.

Sensational View has a great location, Food City is only 5 minutes away, and the same for downtown Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood is only 6 miles. Ober Gatlinburg Ski Slope is about 5-10 minutes from the cabin. The entrance to the Great Smokey Mountain Park is about 10 minutes. Read less
