Our villa has an ideal location - peaceful community but close to 192
with its shops, restaurants and other attractions.

It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Perfect for relaxing
by the pool after an exciting day out.....or just relaxing and soaking
up the sun whilst the kids splash in the pool.

- FAMILY ROOM has large, comfortable sofas ,27" TV with cable & DVD.

-FOR YOUR CHILDRENS ENTERTAINMENT
A 27" TV with cable, VCR, Playstation 2 & stereo with
CD/cassette/radio is provided. We have a small selection of video's
and Playstation games(and there is a rental shop just a few minutes
away which allows visitors to rent video's, DVD's and Playstation
games). Board games, puzzles, books and toys are also provided.

-MASTER BEDROOM WITH LUXURY ENSUITE has queen bed, 21" TV with cable
and ceiling fan overhead. Sliding glass doors look over patio & pool
area. Huge walk in closet.
The ensuite includes twin basins, a large shower and separate
tub/bath.
Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
There are alarm clocks in all bedrooms.

-BEDROOM TWO has two twin beds with clothes closet, and is equipped
with a TV with cable and VCR.

-BEDROOM THREE has two twin beds with clothes closet.

-BEDROOM FOUR has a double bed with a large clothes closet, sliding
glass doors overlook the pool and patio area and is equipped with a
27" TV with cable and VCR.

-FAMILY BATHROOM is handily located next to the two twin bedrooms. It
includes tub/ bath plus shower.

-KITCHEN is fully equipped with all you would expect for a home from
home. This includes electric cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice
maker, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, large toaster and
blender, teapot, all crockery and cutlery. The kitchen also has a
table & four chairs.

-DINING ROOM has a large dining table with six chairs and is located
next to the kitchen.

-UTILITY ROOM contains washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board,
iron & vacuum cleaner.

-POOL, PATIO & SPA is south facing with an attached spa and fully
screened. Large pool measures approx 30ft by 13ft. Lanai for shade
and privacy fence surrounds the back yard/garden. Comfortable patio
furniture is provided. Pool and spa heat (optional) is available.

GENERAL
- All linens & towels are provided.
- A crib/cot, highchair & stroller is provided free of charge.
- A telephone that allows free local calls & can be used to access the
internet.
- Safety features include pool door alarms, smoke alarms & home alarm.

We can arrange the following facilities for a small additional fee:-
- BBQ (gas).
- PC & monitor with dial up internet.
