sleeper sofa in family room. (We are
approximately 1-1.5 hours from most theme park attractions.)

refrigerator, linens, covered/lit picnic area, charcoal grill...We offer an all inclusive rate for
shorter term rentals and we also offer a long term rate.

easy ride.

Weekend rentals are sometimes possible and are $100/night plus 9% tax and $100
cleaning fee.
All rates are based on 1-2 people.
