bathrooms, Inside Laundry, 16” Tile and tall, raised cabinetry.   
Lots of Plant shelves and large center island overlooking the Great  
Room. 
Beautiful solar-heated Pool and Covered lanai under roomy Mansard  
Cage.  Large and private, fenced, lushly landscaped back yard in a  
nice quiet neighborhood in South East Cape.  Close to downtown,  
bridges to Fort Myers, Beaches and Golfing.  We welcome up to 6  
guests with one King-size Bed and two Queen-size Beds. Relax beside  
the pool and watch the sun set, bbq, wine and dine! 
 
 
Absolutely No Smoking is allowed inside Paradise Place 
 
A perfect dog will be considered - we have a fully fenced yard  
with "Dog Door" in the Lanai. Sorry, no cats. 
 
Driving Directions: 
From Mid-Point or Cape Coral Bridges - Del Prado Blvd - East on  
Savona Parkway - right onto SE 19th Avenue - 3922 
 
Nearest Airport: 
Fort Myers (RSW), 30 Minutes from Cape Coral.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly rate is $115.00 U.S. (2 people) Dec.1 - Apr.30 
Nightly rate is $85.00 U.S. (2 people) May 1 - Nov.30 
 
$400.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required within 7 days of booking  
and Security/Damage Deposit is returned after your stay and is  
separate from the Total amount due. 
 
An additional $10.00 per adult per night over 2 people  
5% Tourism Tax and 6% Sales Tax on total rental rate 
Housekeeping $100.00 U.S. - 1-2 weeks or $105.00 U.S. extended stay 
An additional $5.00 per night for more than 2 people or if you have  
a dog for cleaning after your stay 
 
Total amount due 30 days in advance of reserved dates, by check or  
PayPal. If using PayPal, the transaction fee will be your  
responsibility - foreign residents are charged extra by PayPal. 
 
MINIMUM 7 night stay "In Season" Dec. 1 - April 30;  5 night "Off  
Season" May - November;  2 week minimum Christmas.
