Vacation Rental Description

Collett Creek Cabin is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath white pine rental log cabin overlooking Collett Creek 
and is located on a secluded and private piece of property in the Smoky Mountains adjoining the Nantahala 
National Forest.  Through careful planning, the natural beauty and peacefulness of the surroundings have been 
preserved.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Some of the amenities include a hot tub on the 40' back deck, a gas grill, gas fireplace, cable TV with VCR/DVD, a 
sleeper sofa, ceiling fans throughout the cabin, washer and dryer, kitchen equipped with all the modern 
conveniences of home and central heat and air.  

Activities and Attractions

Collett Creek Cabin is only a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, close to whitewater 
rafting and kayaking, fishing, horseback riding and hiking trails.  Also nearby is the Appalachian Trail, Cherokee 
Indian Reservation, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherohala Skyway, Grandfather Mountain, the Biltmore Estate and 
Gardens, Great Smoky Mountains Railway, Harrah's Casino and Grandfather Mountain, to name a few.  

Vacation Rental Rates

From May 15 - August 31 the rates are $135 a night plus tax with a two (2) night minimum or $800 a week plus 
tax.  There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 per visit.
From September 1 - May 14 the rates are $150 a night plus tax with a two (2) night minimum or $900 a week 
plus tax.  There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 per visit.
