Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful condominium with lovely views on Crested Butte mountain, 
right next to lift. Ski-in/out and great for beginners.

In summer, mountain bike trails in back, easy walk to gondola for 
fun ride up mountain. There are tough mountain-biking trails right 
out back, and also a real real easy one that takes you into town, 
where you can sling your bike on the back of the town bus for free 
and ride back up. The fishing is great, and river rafting/canoeing 
is a must. Try Crested Butte in summer! Great for beginners. 

In winter, completely ski-in/ski-out. The ski school is right next 
door, as are two lifts, Peachtree and the t-bar. In the morning, you 
ski down to the tbar, which is free, and then ski down to buy your 
lift ticket- you don't have to plan your day ahead. The sweet ski 
school for children is about 100 feet from the bottom of the tbar - 
but you can also ski strait to it from the top of the tbar. Discount 
ski tickets.

The run down to the condo at the end of the day from the top of the 
mountain is the prettiest on the hill, with almost 360 degree views 
of the whole valley. The tbar hill is the best sledding hill on the 
mountain after hours! And the views are spectacular of all Crested 
Butte valley.

In Fall, especially September 15-October 15 the leaves on the Aspens 
and Cottonwoods are a riot of color. Fishing, golfing, biking, and 
hiking beckon everywhere.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sauna and Jacuzzi.Fireplace (huge woodpile outside is free), deck 
with barbecue, TV, stereo, VCR, great kitchen with dishwasher, 
microwave and oven, plus plenty of dishes and pans, 1 king bed and 4 
single beds, 2 in one room and 2 in the other. There's a sleeper in 
the living room. Beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a 
shuttle service just for the building. 

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy skiing, mountain biking (the center of mountain biking in 
Colorado), wildflower viewing tours (plus festival!), hiking, 
fishing, mountain climbing (awesome!), sledding, cross-country 
skiing, kayaking in rivers (also awesome), tennis (courts are in the 
town for the community - the balls FLY! because of the altitude), 
golfing, river canoeing, ballooning, river floating while fishing (a 
must), snowmobiling, rafting, horseback riding, dogsledding, 
camping, 
backpacking, shopping, and really, really fine dining.

6/21-8/3 = $175/night or $1050/week or $2470/month
8/4-9/4 = $140/night or $840/week or $2025/month
