Vacation Rental Description

Dry Dock is 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage built during the 1920's. It 
has been renovated and updated and now has all the conveniences of a 
modern home. Currently, there is a double bed in one room and a twin 
in the second bedroom. (A queen size air mattress is available upon request) 
There is central air/heat, off street parking for 2 vehicles, possible horse 
trailer parking (depending on size of trailer).  Sorry, there is NO smoking in 
the cottage. However, there is a covered front porch and a back deck where
smoking is allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The cottage is fully furnished and stocked with kitchen utensils, 
dishes and flatware. It has 2 gas fireplaces, all appliances 
including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage 
disposal, coffee maker, small charcoal grill, 2 televisions with 
Atlantic Broadband Value Cable Service, 2 VCR's with a small onsite 
collection of movie tapes, High Speed Internet and full size washer 
and dryer. For your convenience bed linens, towels and some sundry 
items make the cottage complete upon your arrival.

Activities and Attractions

Aiken offers a multitude of activities including golf, hiking, 
cycling, equestrian sports, and tennis. For entertainment there is a 
movie theater, a local Playhouse and seasonal festivals. Dry Dock 
Cottage is located within walking distance of dining and shopping in 
historic downtown Aiken and is only a short drive to the horse 
district and major shopping areas. This is the perfect location for 
visitors during Polo Season, The Masters Golf Tournament, Seasonal 
Equestrian Residents, Spring and Fall Steeplechase weekends and 
those visiting for local celebrations.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly Rate: $100 year around NO minimum stay required!
              (incl. gas/electric, water, cable tv, high speed internet)
Weekly Rate:  $625.00 May 1 - Aug 31    $700.00 Sept 1 - Apr 30
              (incl. gas/electric, water & garbage pick-up, cable tv, high speed internet service)
Monthly Rate: $1650.00 May 1 - Aug 31   $1900.00 Sept 1 - Apr 30 
              (incl. gas/electric, water & garbage pick-up. Cable tv and high speed internet service)
Master's Week: $1400
