Vacation Rental Description

This is a wonderful lake front home with dock.  You have a swim  
ladder to make it easier getting out of the water. This house has a  
cozy great room, huge deck and two bedrooms upstair and two bedrooms  
downstairs.  The downstairs also has ping pong table, TV and game  
table for inside entertain just in case it rains.  It has a  
wonderful "lake" decor all newly decorated.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air, dishwasher, microwave, TVs, VCR, washer and dryer, all  
dishes/utensils.  Ping Pong and game table in the basement for the  
kids! 
 
Just bring your linens and food!

Activities and Attractions

Swim in the lake, fish off the dock, bring your boat to ski or wake  
board or just ride the beautiful shoreline.  You can cook-out, sun  
on the deck or dock.  This house has a pretty level lot so you don't  
have all those stairs to the water. 
 
We have a wonderful flea market for fresh vegetables and shrimp for  
the grill, great antique shops and gift shops.  We have historical  
sites and many points of interest for the entire family.  A visit to  
this wonderful home will become an annual event!!

Vacation Rental Rates

In-Season Nightly Rates: 
Weekends $250.00 per night, Weekdays $200.00 per Night ($1200.00  
weekly after discount) 
 
Holiday Rates: July 4 -July 11, 2008 $1,700. (NO discount) 
 
Out-of-Season Nightly Rates: 
Weekends $125.00 per night, Weekdays $100.00 ($600.00 weekly  
after discount) 
Weekends: Friday & Saturday Nights 
Weeknights: Sunday thru Thursday                                   
20% discount on 6-7 nights (except  
Holiday Rates) 
$310.00 security & key deposit, $250.00 pet deposit(if applicable),  
5% sales tax on all rates, 3 night minimum stay 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, cashier's check, money order and  
personal check (if received 14 days before check-in)
