vacation rental description
This a a very spacious, newly updated oceanfront condo on the no-
driving portion of the beach. The unit features a 46inch HD TV with digital music and HD stations, 25 inch flat screen in the Master and two other 25 inch televisions in the other bedrooms, with DVD players.There is an IPhone docking and MP 3 CD player,washer/dryer (fullsize), huge closets, spa tub for 2, pillow top King bed in the master,down comforter, walk-in closets, room darkening window treatments, and wetbar. The kitchen
is fully equipped--we even have cookbooks! There's a grill on one
of the 3 balconies for those who want to barbeque, as well as 2 large gas
grills down by the pool. The sofas both recline. We're close to the best resturants on the beachside as well as shopping, golf and the attractions.
vacation rental rates
$1350 per week during peak season. Maid fee is $85. There is a 10%
discount during the months of Sept.-Nov. Monthly rentals $2500, plus tax and security deposit. If you find a better price for a comparably sized beachfront unit, I'll do my best to match it. The state charges 12% resort tax.
