Live Oak on Peacock Lake in Live Oak

This is a Lake home located on Peacock Lake between Live Oak(7 mi)and
Wellborn(4 mi), Fl. The house has been totally updated on both floors.
It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The split level has 2
bedrooms and a bath upstairs and the same downstairs.  The
kitchen is on the lower level with an island bar and lounge
area. The large screened porch offers another seating area. The kitchen
is brand new with Professional stainless appliances and lots
of lighting. The floors are Armstrong No Wax which is pet friendly.
Upstairs is a viewing porch which is the lookout over the Lake with
eagles, otters, deer and many species of birds. Bring your binoculars
for viewing. The living room upstairs has a wet bar with coffee maker, new compact refrigerator, a couch, chairs, card table and views of the lake. Twenty seven inch TV with satellite.

Washer and dryer are provided with linens and bathrooms accessories. Full kitchen utensils, pots, pans and china. Kitchen has tiled back splash and new counter tops. Double sink with new faucets. Under the cabinet lighting, with recessed lights and ceiling lights brighten the kitchen. The bath is all new tiled shower floors and walls. Additional lighting has been added to light up the lakefront at night. New Professional Series microwave above the new black and stainless stove with oven.  There is a three bay carport which doubles as another place to dine and serve a larger group. Coffee maker and ice cream maker. All the beds are Queen size with linens. Closets with hangers are in each bedroom. The main bedroom upstairs has a TV hook up to satellite.

Get out and hike the Lake. Catch a Bass or just row around. Camp Weed is only down the street and has a chef in their dining room. Suwannee County Country Club is about 2 miles with an 18 hole golf course. Lake City Country Club and Quail Hollow Country Club are both with in 20 minute drive. Peacock Lake is a bass fishing lake which has had many angler fishing tournaments. It has a new boat launch for canoes on up to larger fishing boats at certain times. Close to
Stephen Foster Folk festival, Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park other
attractions are Wild Adventures, Suwannee River and over 26
underground springs for diving including Itchetucknee, Royal, Little
River and Suwannee to name a few. Live Oak is 7 miles Wellborn is 4
miles and Lake City is 20 miles. The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is about 15 miles from Live Oak on Peacock Lake.

$500.00 minimum charge stay for 2 days up to 4 persons
$1050.00 per week for up to 4 person (150 per night)
