I recently stayed at this location and what a great experience. The condo is located within walking distance to Canyon Lodge, easy to return for lunch. The condo was very clean, recently remodeled, had all appliances you might need, wood for fireplace, great sleeping arrangements, 3 full baths and excellent condo facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, business center, washer and dryer). Don't hesitate to stay.

Great location

I just spent 3 nights at the condo with some friends and it was a very pleasant experience. This condo has 3 full bathrooms which is hard to find in Mammoth.
The condo is very clean and has all the amenities you need for your next vacation--the fireplace has wood, plenty of TV's, a bar area and a really nice upgraded kitchen stocked with appliances. The best feature is the location. We were able to walk to Canyon Lodge (ski lifts) or walk a short distance to the shuttle bus. There is also a nice restaurant nearby. The village is a short drive which was convenient.

Recommended for: families with teenagers, girls getaway

Perfect location, everything you need for a great

I arrived with 8 teenagers in the worst storm of the season! It was easy to get to and parking was easy to access (I heard horror stories that week about some rentals that are impossible to get to in a storm like this). There is plenty of room to spread out and the accomadations are perfect for a group. There are plenty of bath rooms the TV's all worked great, we used the internet and brought XBox and watched videos. This condo is located as close to the slopes as you can get without having to deal with the parking lot traffic. My kids were able to come and go without any problems, they would go out early, take a lunch break in the Condo and finish out the day on the slopes. The storms raged the whole week and if I had to drive them to the slopes it would have ruined our vacation. There is a restuarant across the street at Hofs and the food and drink at Canyon Lodge is varied and good quality, so I didn't have to cook all the time! The Village is less then a mile down the road and the Blue Line picks up and drops off even late in the night. You can get anywhere in Mammoth on the free bus system starting with pickup right outside the condo. The jacuzzis are awesome and we spent the evenings there, we met some really nice people who live there and they treated us great, (not the case at other condos I have rented where the locals were irrated by the renters). There are plenty of blankets and pillows and you can pick fresh towels daily. The washer and dryers are first class. Really this the perfect rental I can't wait to rent it again.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
