Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful newly renovated townhouse is located in the heart of 
Key Largo, only 100 miles from Key West and 40 miles from Downtown 
Miami.  The townhouse is located at the Kawama Yacht Club and 
Molasses Reef Marina.  Fully furnished, nautical decor, newly 
renovated kitchen with granite countertops, updated cabinetry, 
new appliances and equipped with everything you need to enjoy 
your stay.  In addition, there is a washer/dryer, phone, 3 TV's with 
cable,  VCR, DVD Radio/Stereo with CD player, movies, water masks,toys, 
games,brand new barbecue,phone. We provide linens, towels, cleaning goods. 
etc.  This is a home away from home.
Downstairs: 1/2 bath, front porch overlooking the Florida National 
State Park, kitchen, dining room, family room and an enclosed patio 
which overlooks a beautiful pool, sundeck, Tiki-hut and lagoon with 
a beach.  Upstairs: 1 full bath, guest bedroom with queen size bed 
and bunk beds, spacious master bedroom with enclosed balcony.  No 
Pets. No Smoking.  We are situated between the lagoon and pool, this 
particular townhouse has the best location in the complex.
         Come and enjoy Kawama, you'll love everything in it.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This resort complex has a sandy beach with picnic facilities and 
many tiki-huts and barbecues for your enjoyment, a huge Chikee-hut 
(pavillion) for meetings, relaxation or cook-outs, 2 pools (heated)
childrens playground, 2 tennis courts, beach with colorful seating, 
salwater lagoon, fishing area that extends to the ocean, boat ramp, 
marina, free boat parking and storage, enjoy biking and roller 
skating.  
Gated Community with a 24hr security.  Security cameras for your 
safety.
