Vacation Rental Description

Situated in the beautiful resort of Windsor Palms which is one of the
closest subdivisions to Disney.

Windsor Palms is a resort community with community pool, 50 seat movie
theater to enjoy free movies, work out room and game room. 

The home is located minutes from Disney and close to other attractions
such as Sea World and Universal Studios making this a perfect location.

This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  It also has a
kitchen, nook, family room, formal dining room.
 
A huge king size master suite with TV, one queen bedroom, two twin
bedrooms.

Outside there is a large pool with plenty of deck area for soaking up
the sun.

The Living room has an entertainment center with TV/DVD/Stereo system.
It is the perfect place to relax with wonderful views of the pool.  

The extra large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could 
want or need should you wish to stay in for an evening and cook 
dinner.

The laundry room has a washing machine, clothes dryer, tub, iron and 
ironing board. 

All bedrooms are equipped with bed linens and the bathrooms have 
plenty of towels.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$900  per week  -  value dates
$1000 per week  -  Low Season
$1150 per week  -  High Season including July, August, Christmas, 
Easter and other holidays

All Prices are subject to 13% taxes 

Gas pool heat is an additional $25 per day cost if required

$250 deposit required to book and balance payable 45 days prior to arrival
