On over two acres of Oceanfront, "Seadaisy" and "Bayberry"
Cottages at Ridgevale Beach face the temperate waters of Nantucket
Sound. They are ideally situated at Ridgevale Beach and the mouth of Buck's Creek, a beautiful tidal estuary offering great swimming, boating, and
shellfishing, as well as spectacular views. Shorebirds, from tiny
Sanderlings to the Great Blue Heron, are frequent visitors.
Sundecks provide a relaxing spot for enjoying it all. Inside, each
window frames a portrait of open ocean, river, or salt marsh.
We are open year round, and between November and March, are treated
to fantastic ocean sunsets!

Each cottage is heated, and comfortably furnished with
fireplaced living room, full kitchen (microwave,toaster oven, coffee
maker, blender etc.), two bedrooms, and bath. CABLE TV, VCR, WIRELESS INTERNET, telephone, and outdoor gas grills are also provided with picnic
tables, lawn furniture, and beach chairs. In addition, each cottage
has a private outdoor shower, a simple and delicious pleasure after
a day on the beach. We pride ourselves on a clean, tastefully
decorated cottage and well manicured property.

Activities are endless. Without even getting in your car
you can go to the beach and swim, treat yourself to world class
stripe bass fishing (Ridgevale Beach and Bucks Creek featured on
ESPN). There are catamaran, sailboat, and paddlebike rentals just
down the beach. Ridgevale Beach is a favorite among the children.
It is the only beach around that has water on both sides. At low
tide the backside empties out to form a child's wonderland for
crabbing, catching tiny fish, swimming in the tidal pools, skim
boarding, and just plain old exploring. A short drive away is the
beautiful village of Chatham which offers shopping, theater and many
fine restaurants.
