This house has a fully equipped kitchen, including, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, gas grill, Free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet Access, and all cooking utensils and dishes.

Private Heeted Pool, TV's VCR, DVD, and Off street parking.

Rates based on 12 guests, $100 per person per week for extra guests up to 18 max.

Spring: February 25th - May 10th
$2,350/week

Spring Break $2,725/week

Early Summer: May 11th-Mat 24th
$3,000/week

Peak Summer: May 25th - August 09th
$4,200/week, (4th of July week $4,500)

Summer Discount: August 10th - August 30th
$2,950/week

Fall: August 31st - October 25
$1,900/week

Off Season: October 26 - February 28
$1,350/week

Thanksgiving, Christmas weeks:
$1,800/week

Sat to Sat 7 night minimum rentals only from May 11 to Aug 30, 4 night minimum other times of the year.

11% Tax.

There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded within seven days after check out).

Heat Pool, $250-300 per week.

Half of Rental Rate required to secure home.
