Vacation Rental Description

This newly constructed and furnished villa is located in the upscale 
gated community Venetian Golf and River Club.  It is just minutes 
from I-75 and downtown Venice and 5 miles from the beach.  This new 
community offers luxurious country club amenitites including golf, 
tennis, resort-style pools, spa, biking and walking trails, 
canoeing, fitness center, and several restaurants.  This villa 
overlooks a beautiful scenic lake and is approximately 2400 square 
feet including a 2 car attached garage.  The interior has been 
professionally decorated and furnished.  It features granite 
countertops, upgraded tile throughout the living area with carpeted 
bedrooms, upgraded ceiling fans/lights in bedrooms, great room, den, 
and lanai, and designer lighting in the kitchen.  The kitchen is 
fully equipped with gas range, microwave, dishwasher/disposal, 
refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Kitchenaide mixer, blender, 
toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils.  
The master suite includes a full bath with Roman shower, his and 
hers vanities, walk-in closets, a gorgeous king sleigh bed and walk 
out to the lanai.  Both bedrooms feature corner mounted TV/DVDs and 
great room features a 42" flat screen plasma TV with DVD.  Extended 
lanai is furnished with comfortalbe cushioned wicker patio furniture 
and gas grill.  Den with credenza and bookcase is internet 
accessible and includes a leather sleeper sofa.  Laundry room 
includes a full size washer and dryer.  Lush landscaping is 
maintenance-free.

Vacation Rental Rates

This newly constructed and furnished home is available for monthly 
or longer stays.  Rates are good for two people only - additional 
people will incur additional charges.
July-September - $2,200.00/month
October-December - $3,000.00/month
January-March - $3,200.00/month
April-June - $2,500.00/month
Rates are somewhat negotiable with incentives for extended stays.
$2,000.00 refundable security deposit.
$100.00 exit cleaning fee.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets.
Local telephone service available.  Utilities included except for 
long distance telephone calls.
