a private courtyard, an oceanfront master suite w/ balcony, a 
connected garage, oceanfront patio and sundeck all located directly 
in front of the world class point break surf at K38. 

It's everything you could be looking for to unwind and enjoy the 
relaxing oceanfront, non-party, resort environment. The villa is 
decked out in genuine bamboo and hardwood furniture with particular 
attention paid to detail. The kitchen has all stainless appliances 
and there is a BBQ in the private courtyard.

*     Weeks stay gets 1 free day - stay for 7, pay for 6 
**   Last minute Special - If the villa is available inside of 14 
days then 2 nights are OK.
*** Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving each require full 
week stay (relaxed 1 month out).
