Vacation Rental Description

This is the only high rise condo located in Lake Placid. The unit is 
located on the 7th floor over looking beautiful Lake Grassy. 
 
 
The living room is bright and cheery with full glass facing the lake.
Master bedroom is large with very large window facing lake.Guest 
bedroom has twin beds with large window over looking golf course.
Kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher and all small appliances.
Kitchen has everthing needed for cooking and serving.
All linens are provided

Activities and Attractions

Lake Placid has several nice golf courses in the area
  Boating,swimming and fishing are available on 
our Lake Grassy as well as many other lakes in this area.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1000.00 per month for 3 month rental or more.$1300.00 per month for 
2 month rental,plus tax.Includes utilities,water and electric.
Non smoking adults with no pets. A $500.00 deposit (non refundable)
and a $250.00 security deposit that is refundable upon satisfactory 
chech-out.  A $75.00 security check required by condo association.
