Vacation Rental Description

  The Baja Beach House Retreat is a newly built 5300 sqare foot 
engineering marvel located in the town of San Antonio Del Mar just 
five minutes north of Rosarito and 20 minutes south of the 
California 
boarder and San Diego.  Built on solid bedrock 30 feet from the 
waters edge and about 50 feet on a cliff overlooking the whole 
coastline.  The View of the Mexican coastline, the Coronado Islands 
and of the United State’s Point Loma are breathtaking.  The beach 
house has four king sized master bedroom suites each with their own 
private bathrooms with large sink-in tubs.  Three of the bedrooms 
overlook the ocean and one the flowering courtyard.  Decorated and 
furnished lavishly in traditional and non-traditional Mexico with 
private steps down to a private beach with miles of clean and 
beautiful sandy beach to explore, visitors will remember there time 
here as priceless.  The Beach house has a very large main floor with 
a huge goumet kitchen equipted with anything you might need to 
prepare meals for any size group.  It has a big screen TV with 
digital cable, VCR and DVD. The Beach House is specifically designed 
for ocean viewing from most of the entire house.  It also has three 
levels of outdoor verandas with a BBQ on the main floor veranda.  
The tempature year around is between 65 to 80 during the day.  
Take a day trip to San Diego…  Yea,  Most visitors to San Diego end 
up traveling south of the boarder to experience Mexico.  Change your 
thinking and save thousands!  To stay at anything like the Baja 
Beach 
House in San Diego you’ll pay ten thousand a week.  
Instead, spend that money on shopping and stay in Mexico 20 minutes 
south of the border and take day trips to San Diego.

This is a gated community with A swimming pool, tennis 
court, shops, a restaurant and a great bar all 
withing walking distance.  There’s a reverse osmosis water treatment 
system at the house so there’s no need to even buy bottled water.  
The water out of the tap is cleaner than you can buy.

The Baja Beach House:
Special Weekday RATES: Dec/1/07 to Dec /31/08:$400 per night 
Sun-Thurs ONLY/2 night min.(NOT INCLUDING CHRISTMAS OR NEW YEARS 
WEEKS)
WEEKEND RATES: NOV/30/07 to Dec/31/08: $495/daily Comment: 2 night 
minimum/FIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHTS (NOT INCLUDING CHRISTMAS OR NEW 
YEARS WEEKS)
Dec/19/07 to Jan/1/08: $800/Daily Comment: 4 night minimum
Comment: ALL holiday weekends/weekdays are a 3 night minimum @ $595 
daily rate.

Note: Please add these extra charges to our vacation rental rates:
Cleaning Fee: $125.00  cleaning fee added to all bookings 
and $500 to $1,000 security deposit is required.  There is a $25.00 
booking 
Fee.  Optional Garage use Fee $75.00.
