in the microwave, or sipping a cool drink from the frig.The kitchen
is efficient and fully equpped for preparing snacks and meals when
there's no time to dine out. The Summit Resort is a great place summertime spot for families. The resort usually has an enclosed beach playground for your small children to play as an option to the pool and oceanfront. The Summit also provides free wireless internet access in all the condos. This is a non-smoking condo(and balcony) as well as pet-free.

The Summit Resort has two full size pools, kiddie pools, 2 outdoor
hot tubs, one indoor lagoon hot tub, his & hers exercise rooms, game
room, card room,social room, 2 laundry centers, high speed elevators,
covered entry for unloading, tennis courts, Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's
Snack Bar(restaurant on-site), pizza on site, kids playground,Ice
Cream Shoppe,(computers and internet-free usage) in a
secured,gated resort.The New Summit will surprise you!

Swimming, sunning, boating, bike rentals, scooter rentals,
parasailing, windsurfing, snorkling, shopping,Zooworld,
Gulfworld,Shipwreck Island waterpark,Emerald Falls Family
Fun Center,Ripley's Believe It or Not,Shell Island, Lady Anderson
Dinner Cruise, putt-putt golf, world class full round golf, bungee
jumping, amusement parks, go-carts,restaurants, and clubs.

The Summit charges $15+tax for 
parking fee except during Spring Break, when
it is $35. Guests pay this fee directly to the resort.

Security deposit required to make reservation in addition
to fee. Security deposit refunded about two weeks after departure as long as there are no damages and no issues collecting full payment for rental.Email owner for rate.
After Labor Day, $82 per night.
Peak Summer rates = $900 weekly plus taxes and end of stay cleaning
fee.
Holiday or special Beach activity rates may be higher than stated
