Vacation Rental Description

A 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in a complex of 150 units.  Master 
bedroom has a king bed; second bedroom has a queen bed and twin 
bed.  Queen size sleeper sofa in living room.  Top (third) floor 
unit faces southeast with ocean view.  Unit has balcony and wet 
bar.  Max 6 occupants by law.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit has brand new (this season): washer/dryer, TV, DVD player.  
Unit also has central AC/heat, cable TV, VCR player, TVs in living 
room and all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave.  The 
gated complex is on the beach and features two swimming pools, four 
hot tubs, four lit tennis courts, club house, on-property lake, two 
walkways to beach, and full time security.

Activities and Attractions

Besides beach, swimming, soaking, and tennis, the  complex is within 
ten minutes of downtown/oldtown St. Augustine, the "oldest city in 
America".  Numerous restaurants, bars, and two miniature golf 
courses are within minutes of the complex.  Grayhound racing is 
available in Jacksonville (45 minutes) and Daytona Beach (45 
minutes) and Daytona Beach also has Jai-Alai.  Orlando (Disney and 
Universal) is within two hours.  In short, activities abound for all 
ages and interests.
