families or a couple. Will easily expand and contract for a couple
or groups to 12.

The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a two story
house with views of the ocean and Haleakala. There are three bedrooms.
The master contains a king bed, the second a queen bed and the third twins. The main living
area contains a kitchen, dining room,and living room. Large decks face the ocean and Haleakala.
You can watch the sun both rise and set.

A separate pool house overlooks the pool and contains a studio
kitchen, bathroom and an L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a
double hide-a-bed. It is not large and perfect for a couple, couple with small chilren or 6
youngsters.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet close to
all activities. Tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and golf are
within walking distance as are swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing,
surfing, and beach walking. Fine dining, Wailea and hotel
entertainment are nearby as are Makena and Kameole Beaches.

The home is fully equipped with linens, dishes, telephone,
washer/dryer, cable TV, VCR, CD, microwave, etc. A resident manager
is on site.

The interior of the home was completely remodeled in the fall of 2008. New windows and doors, new
furnishings and appliances, new kitchen and bath, new ceilings and floors were installed.

This private home is fully furnished for your needs. Linens, dishes,
washer/dryer, microwave are on hand as well as cable TV and CD
player. You even have your own privaate swimming pool,

Tennis, golf, swimming, beach walking, snorkeling, wind surfing, and
surfing are all within walking distance. Shopping and restaurants
are a short walk away. The Wailea entertainment and hotels with fine
dining are a short distance as are popular beaches such as Makena and
Kameole.

Additional people either home $35 per person per day
