Cute Cape in Teaticket! in East Falmouth

This house is located on a dead-end street off the main avenue of
Maravista with views of Great Pond and a path leading to the sandy
inlet beach of this saltwater pond. On the next street over starts a
dirt walking/biking path that runs along the whole length of the pond
leading straight to the open ocean. There are benches along the way
if one would like to sit down and view the beautiful Cape Cod
scenery. The public boat ramp is only three streets over and Bristol
Beach is only one mile away. This is an ideal location for boaters
and families with children.
The house includes a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There
are 2 queens, 1 regular and 3 twin beds with pillows and
comforters. No bed linens or towels provided.There is an outside
furnished deck, an outdoor hot water shower, gas grill and the
backyard is fenced in for privacy. No smoking is allowed inside of
the home.

toys/bath toys, radios, alarm clocks, window fans, local telephone service, toaster oven, coffee
maker, microwave, washer/dryer/iron, fireplace, beach chairs/umbrellas/beach toys, 4 adult bicycles, 1 boys mtn bike and 2 girl bikes, and 2 A/C units.

The house is in close proximity to a major plaza that has a grocery
store, clothing/household retailers and a movie theater. Also very close by is the
ferry to Martha's Vineyard, a bike path and a playground at the local elementary school.

Half of the rent is due upon signing of the lease and the balance
plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
