This pedestrian-friendly resort in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach

series on the green. Situated in a quiet corner of the development,
Lap of Luxury, a 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom townhouse (sleeps 6-8), has
been attactively furnished and is an exceptionally spacious dwelling
offering all the comforts of home.
"Lap of Luxury" is conveniently tucked away at the far end of the
events plaza yet remains within easy walking distance of the many
terrific boutiques and restaurants. To reach the beach, just take a
stroll down the walking trail to one of three beach access paths.
One of the pools is directly out of the back door and golf is
available at the nearby Santa Rosa Country Club, or drive 7-miles to
Sandestin and choose from a multitude of courses, also take
advantage of the little putting-green right outside your door.

The spacious ground-floor living area offers two distinct seating
areas, one at the front of the house and one at the rear with the
kitchen separating the two. The front seating area has a sofa that
will fold-out to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well-stocked
and has all modern appliances. A full-size washer and dryer are
provided off the hallway. The dining area sits off the kitchen with
seating for four and there is additional seating at the breakfast
bar
for three.
The roomy master suite offers a king bed, TV, private balcony
overlooking the pool, a bathroom with jetted tub and separate,
oversized, walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and
has its own full bathroom and TV. The third-floor of the house
contains a loft area with two twin beds.
A screened porch resides at the rear of the house and a gas barbecue
grill is provided.

Area: Scenic Route 30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18
miles between Destin to the west and Panama City to the east. This
area is also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the
Gulf of Mexico.
Numerous top-ranking Golf courses including two right on Scenic-30A.
Extensive kids attractions and amusements can be found in nearby
Panama City Beach and Destin.
Wonderful shopping in unique seaside communities scattered along 30A.
A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside
lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs from Blue
Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being off-
road. A real fun activity for all the family and bike rentals are
available at Gulf Place.
Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature
trails, picnic areas.
Eden State Gardens sits on Tucker Bayou .. a perfect place for a
picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped oaks.

same as summer rates. Winter rates run from November - February.
