computer, printer and fax.(can have Wireless modem
added to cable service = xtra fee)

2 fireplaces, 6 balconies, multiple skylights.
Weekly housekeeping included. Heat and fans but no air conditioning.
It's the beach! Good flow through air, but it can get humid.
Quiet, private, security building. (Quiet must be maintained, please)
2 car private garage holds one large and one small car, but does not
accomodate 4WD vehicles.
Washer, dryer in condo.
Beautiful months are ahead.

The art galleries, shops and restaurants are delightful.
The beach at Wind n Sea is breathtaking(see pictures below)...about
1.5 miles south of The Cove..a famous beach...where distance swimmers
swim year round.
Snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving activities all abound.
Wind N Sea beach is good for swimming and surfing or just sitting on
the sand in the warm summer and winter sun.
People watching is great with international clientele of vacationers.
Evening sunsets are a special gathering time.
Convenience store, Health Massage Spa, Gym, SK Beauty Spa, La Jolla
Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Center, Pilates Studio, Antique
Store, Bagel Shop, and several restaurants and fast food places all
within one to two block easy walking distance. Public Olympic Size
Swimming Pool – 4 blocks walking at nearby La Jolla High School.

Payment is 50% to hold; balance plus one month refundable deposit due
30 days prior - or upon signing if less than one month to occupancy
