Vacation Rental Description

Our home is a 3-story oceanfront. The beach is in our back yard.  
There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 2 bathrooms on the  
first floor. The whole West wall is glass in the bedrooms. There is  
a red spiral stair to the great room on the second floor. The great  
room has a living room with a double hidebed, dining room and  
kitchen. The whole West wall is glass with breath taking views of  
Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean.  
There is a 1/2 bath on the second floor and a stair to the loft on  
the 3rd floor. 
 
There is a path to our sandy beach with driftwood. 
 
You can rent a boat with 3 crab pots only 6 blocks from our home and  
go crabbing in Netarts Bay. You can dig for clams in our back yard.  
Tillamook is only 7 miles away for your shopping needs. We even  
provide the firewood for the cone shaped fireplace in the middle of  
the great room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a deck off the dining room with patio table, chairs,  
recliner and gas barbeque. The kitchen is fully furnished. We have a  
Jenn Aire Range, dishwasher and microwave.  
Washer/Dryer,Fireplace with free firewood,Gas BBQ grill,VCR/DVD,  
Telephone, Coffeemaker, Cooking utensils,Cable TV with 98 standard  
channels and 13 channels of Showtime, The Movie Channel and Flix 
DSl and WiFi internet access 
  
Bed Set-up: 2 queens, 2 doubles.

Activities and Attractions

1 Visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory and the Pioneer Museum.  
2 Clamming and crabbing. You can rent a boat at the Netarts Bay  
Share Trailer Park 1/4 mile south of the boat ramp.  
3 Agate hunting and watching the hang gliders at Oceanside.  
4 Visit Cape Mears lighthouse.  
5 Walk to the Ocean and look for Japanese Floats after a storm.  
6 Golf at Tillamook Golf Course. (Alderbrook) 
7 Whale watching during the Spring and Fall migrations.  
8 Take the 2 1/2 mile (one way) hike out to Cape Lookout. (South of  
Cape Lookout State Park)  
9 Take the coast train up the coast from Tillamook.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates are for 1 to 4 people. Each additional person is $10 per  
night extra.  
 
Linens are included in your rent. They are in the cabinet above the  
washing machine. You will need to take them out of the cabinet and  
make your beds. Please wash your linens and put them back in the  
cabinet before you leave. Linens are provided on stays of 7 or more  
will be washed by the maid.    
 
Maid service is provided on stays of 7 nights or more. For shorter  
stays, you can clean yourself or pay $60 for maid service.  
   
Sunday thru Thursday nights--$145 
 
Friday and Saturday--$160 per night 
 
7 night week--$995/week (October thru May) 
 
Christmas week, Spring Vacation and Memorial Day--$160 per night 
 
June--$200 per night or $1350 for 7 night week 
 
July and August-$1750 for 7 night week, week only 
 
September--$185 per night 
 
2007 Thanksgiving 4 day weekend--$800
