The First Floor 
 
The open plan first floor has cathedral ceilings and wood flooring.  
The family room comfortably seats 8 and has 2 recliners, just perfect  
for relaxing in front of the 32" television and watching cable, a DVD  
or just listening to some music on the stereo after a day at the  
parks.  
 
The elegant dining area seats 6 with additional dining for 4 in the  
Kitchen.  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and  
includes an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave,  
dishwasher, refrigerator with built in ice maker, a stove and plenty  
of silverware, cutlery and cookware. We also have picnic ware for  
poolside use.  
 
The Master suite is also on the first floor and has a tub and walk in  
shower. The master also has a television, hairdryer, radio alarm  
clock, and full length mirrored closets (no standing on the bed to  
see your lower half). This beautiful room also has French windows  
leading out to the pool area. 
 
We have a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, an iron and  
ironing board. Moving through the laundry area we come to the double  
garage with more than enough space to to park your car away from the  
sun's rays. The First floor also has a half bathroom.  
 
 
The Second Floor  
 
On the next floor we have the comfortable queen bedroom with cable  
television, alarm clock and hairdryer and views to the front of the  
house.  
 
The Dolphin room is beautifully decorated, playful dolphins swim past  
seashells and starfish. The two twin beds have ocean blue dolphin  
comforters. This room is loved by children and adults alike and  
features an alarm clock and hairdryer and a large closet. The family  
bathroom includes a tub with shower. 
 
The Floridian Style Loft, also on this floor, is a spacious games  
area with a 28" cable TV, DVD, Playstation 2 & games, magnetic  
dartboard and games and books for all ages and a telephone. It also  
has a futon, which sleeps 2. 
 
The Pool and Spa 
 
Our private, fully screened Pool and Spa are south facing for all day  
sun. The Lanai is essential for alfresco meals and midday lounging,  
especially for the kids. The deck is spacious, great for soaking up  
the sun on the comfortable pool furniture and the kids will love the  
pool toys. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for the  
little one's safety.  
 
The spa is fabulous. If its relaxation you're after just step in and  
enjoy, you are on vacation after all.

We are very proud of our vacation home and we believe it's the  
perfect base for an Orlando vacation  
 
Our pool and jacuzzi are south facing and sit on a large deck, just  
right for you to soak up the sun. For those who prefer the shade the  
lanai is perfect. 
 
We have over 2,200sq ft of air-conditioned living space and can sleep  
up to 8 plus an infant. The main living areas and Master bedroom have  
wood flooring and the villa is tastefully decorated throughout. 
 
We understand the importance of keeping in touch while you are on  
vacation, even if it's only a quick glance at your emails. Villa  
Velvet has Wireless Internet access so if you have to work at least  
you can do it by the pool whilst keeping an eye on the kids. Our  
guests also have free local and long distance calling. 
 
Lindfields is located minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops  
to suit all tastes, including a Super Wal*Mart. Orlando International  
Airport is 25 minutes away and there are 9 Golf courses within a six- 
mile radius. Busch gardens and beaches are around an hour’s drive.
