POLICIES
No pets, no smoking inside house, 4 person maximum. Saturdays to
Saturdays in the summer and 3 day minimum in the winter. Rates
reflect a 3% discount for cash, check, or money order. MasterCard,
Visa, and Discovercard.

DEPOSITS
A deposit of $200 is required to secure selected dates. 50% of
rental is due 60 days prior to arrival and full payment is due 30
days prior to arrival. A 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax is required
by the City of San Diego for rentals of less than one month. Rentals
run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3
pm and check-out at 10 am. $200 Refundable Security Deposit
required.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If we receive notification of your cancellation at least 60 days prior
to your arrival date, all deposits are refunded, less a $100 handling
fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is
received less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will
be made only if the unit is re-rented. Non-payment or Insufficient
Funds are regarded as cancellations. Refunds will be based on the
percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented.  If we are unable to rent your dates, we will do our best to accommodate you with an equal stay at another time.
