Vacation Rental Description

This 3,148 square foot  Northern Scottsdale, Arizona home is located  
in the Desert Vista community just North of Pinnacle Peak Mountain  
near Troon North and Golf Club Scottsdale.  The home was completed  
in December 2002 and the area has stunning views of the Pinnacle  
Peak Mountain as well as Four Peaks to the East.  Scottsdale is well  
known for its climate, fabulous recreation, outstanding dining and  
shopping, as well as some of the top rated golf courses.  Whether  
you would like to bring your family to vacation in beautiful  
Scottsdale, getting the group of guys/gals together for a golf  
outing, or visiting during one of our many exciting events, this  
desert retreat also offers all visitors the beauty and adventure of  
the Sonoran Desert. 
 
This completely furnished home with 12ft ceilings has three  
bedrooms, plus a den/office, 2.5 bathrooms, a great room, a  
dining/entertainment room, an outdoor covered patio, Pebble Tec  
heated swimming pool and large spa, outdoor dining table and chairs,  
and plenty of privacy. 
 
The Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, television, two walk in  
closets, snail shower, large tub, and views of the back yard and  
pool.  The guest bedrooms include two queen sized beds.  The home  
sleeps six comfortably.  The great room has a sectional leather sofa  
in front of the 57-inch High Definition television, Hi-Def DVD  
Player, surround sound, and Xbox 360.  The home has a laundry room  
with a full size washer/dryer and a three car garage.  Formal Dining  
room includes seating for six.
