vacation rental description
This is a 1300 sq ft, casual 2nd floor duplex located just one
building from the oceanfront walk in South Mission Beach. Sleeping in three bedrooms that
include 2 queen size beds, 2 twin beds and a queen size futon. The
master bedroom has a private bath and a balcony. The unit has a
wonderful white water view of the ocean from the deck and living &
dining area windows.
Spacious living spaces with island kitchen and large sliding glass
doors to the deck. High speed Internet access with WiFi connection,
3 TVs, expanded cable with 77 channels & HBO, DVD, WHS & surround
sound speakers. Washer and dryer on site. One parking space in
carport.
For large groups we also have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 900 sq ft duplex
that sleeps 8 on the first floor of the building.
This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. We discourage loud
parties and the noise ordinace is actively enforced by the neighbors.
A small to medium sized, well behaved pet is welcome. There is a
leash law in effect and dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk
during certain daytime hours. Please call to discuss if you have a
pet that would like to join you on your vacation.
We welcome monthly guests during the off-season and will discount for
multiple months.

Great White Water View from Deck, Wireless Internet access, digital
cable TV with premium channels including HBO, 3 TV's, DVD, VHS,
stereo system with Bose speakers, dishwasher, convection oven,
microwave, gas barbeque on deck, coffee maker, blender, iron and
ironing board, bed and bath linens provided, washer & dryer on
site, fireplace, beach chairs, two inflatable mattresses for
additional sleeping, outside hot water shower. Parking for one car

activities and attractions in Mission Beach San Diego Area
Enjoy the ocean & beach and the boardwalk!! There are many rental
stores nearby if you need boogie boards, surfboards, bikes, kayaks,
roller blades or snorkel gear. Sail boats, water ski boats, jet
skis and parasailing are also available near by. Walk to the
historic Belmont Park amusement park with the famous Giant Dipper
roller coaster as well as shops, arcade games, restaurants,
souvenier shops and a fitness facility with an Olympic pool
available for use with a daily fee. Petco Park and the historic
Gaslamp District are 20 minutes away. Seaworld is eight minutes from
our front door. 23 minutes from Torrey Pines Golf Course!!
