Casa de Balboa is a Five Star property. If this is the first time
renting a vacation home... don't fret. Our guests are used to the

It doesn't get better than this!! We have one of the best views in
Newport Beach!!

This Casa is an ALL NEW luxurious two bedroom, two bath Casa. This
unit has huge courtyards front and rear. Perfect for families that
need plenty of space indoors and out.

The beautiful front covered courtyard affords one of the best views
in Newport Beach. Fronting a rather large reverse L shaped beach
(Mother's Beach). It is located on the bottom part of the L jutting
into the bay. The water is so close you could spit to it! All doors
open to lovely gardens filled with tropical plants.

The interiors are beautifully decorated with hand-scraped distressed
wood floors through-out. The fully appointed gourmet kitchen
includes a professional DCS range, granite, and custom cabinetry.

The baths, one private to the master, are all new with beautiful
limestone, and beadboard (second bath).

There is sleeping for four in beds. The master has a brand new Westin Heavenly Cal King and the second bedroom has a queen Westin Heavenly pillow top. We have a NEW Hi-Line double height twin air mattress with auto inflate/deflate that can be provided for a 5th guest...please ask when reserving. 
Both are beautifully decorated opening out to the huge rear courtyard
with inviting
Gardens.

Casa de Balboa is located on Balboa Peninsula with ferry service to
Balboa Island. The peninsula is primarily divided by one road,
Balboa Boulevard, with a short block on either side with the ocean
or bay.

Views! Views! Views! Unlike many oceanside properties (no view due
to the width of the beach) you have amazing views day and night!

We have a premium location across from a beautiful large bay beach
(Mother's Beach), with views across Newport Bay of the beach, boats,
the
islands, Fashion Island, Newport Coast, and the mountains in back of
all that! The view is
particularly lovely at night with city and bay lights!

Watch the boats pass by from the comfort of
your living room, and of course, from your large private front
courtyard (which is great for outdoor dining). The courtyard is
covered and walled (with bouganvilla, star jasmine, and gardenias)
on both sides offering a feeling of privacy and unmatched coziness
while enjoying the gorgeous full bay and beach views. It also
affords front-row seating for the fourth of July Boat Parade and the
world-famous Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade.

In addition to our bayfront location, the property is one short
block from the ocean boardwalk, pier, and walking distance to many
restaurants with a variety of fare including Mexican, Seafood such
as the famous Crab Cooker, The Cannery, and Blue Water Grill,
Italian, Sushi, and several Gourmet such as Ocean Front,
and the new A Restaurant who's Chef is considered one of the top in the United States.

Walk or bike to Balboa Island, Lido, the Fun Center located near the
Pavilion.

From the moment you walk through the dutch door, you'll feel "at
home" - and maybe a little pampered at the beach.

This is the finest luxury rental in Southern California! It has everything....literally! We keep extending our stay(and wanted to stay another week) and were VERY lucky to do so since these units are ALWAYS booked! If you want luxury and ocean and beach and private and quiet and romantic and.........this is IT!! And, this is just not another rental.....Pam the owner treats it like she owns it....oh, she does! Casa #231 is a beautiful place to stay and awesome location! Perfect for little ones or even w/out them. The beautiful bay is right out your patio and beach, shops, restaurants, & fun all walking distance. You feel as if your at home, it's super clean,comfortable and everything you need and more is here!! We were relaxed with no worries of our 1 & 2yr old getting out since it was fenced & they were to young to open the gate. It made our vacation!! We were so thankful we had found this Casa De Balboa!!! Home away from Home!
