Casa de Balboa is a Five Star property. If this is the first time  
renting a vacation home... don't fret. Our guests are used to the  
finest accommodations. Ssshhh! Our location is a well kept secret!  
Unique and Caribbean like are several descriptions we have heard.

Have the BEST of both... the beautiful Newport Bay AND the Ocean!!  
It doesn't get better than this!! We have one of the best views in  
Newport Beach!! 
 
This Casa is an ALL NEW luxurious two bedroom, two bath Casa. This  
unit has huge courtyards front and rear. Perfect for families that  
need plenty of space indoors and out. 
 
The beautiful front covered courtyard affords one of the best views  
in Newport Beach. Fronting a rather large reverse L shaped beach  
(Mother's Beach). It is located on the bottom part of the L jutting  
into the bay. The water is so close you could spit to it! All doors  
open to lovely gardens filled with tropical plants. 
 
The interiors are beautifully decorated with hand-scraped distressed  
wood floors through-out. The fully appointed gourmet kitchen  
includes a professional DCS range, granite, and custom cabinetry. 
 
The baths, one private to the master, are all new with beautiful  
limestone, and beadboard (second bath). The master has a newer Westin Heavenly pillow-top Queen.   
The second bedroom has a twin daybed with a pull out twin that rises to standard height. There is a  
small roll-away that can be provided for a 5th guest. 
Both are beautifully decorated opening out to the huge rear courtyard with inviting  
Gardens.  
 
Casa de Balboa is located on Balboa Peninsula with ferry service to  
Balboa Island. The peninsula is primarily divided by one road,  
Balboa Boulevard, with a short block on either side with the ocean  
or bay. 
 
Views! Views! Views! Unlike many oceanside properties (no view due  
to the width of the beach) you have amazing views day and night! 
 
We have a premium location across from a beautiful large bay beach  
(Mother's Beach), with views across Newport Bay of Fashion Island  
and Newport Coast. The view is particularly lovely at night with  
city and bay lights. Watch the boats pass by from the comfort of  
your living room, and of course, from your large private front  
courtyard (which is great for outdoor dining). The courtyard is  
covered and walled (with bouganvilla, star jasmine, and gardenias)  
on both sides offering a feeling of privacy and unmatched coziness  
while enjoying the gorgeous full bay and beach views. It also  
affords front-row seating for the fourth of July Boat Parade and the  
world-famous Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade. 
 
In addition to our bayfront location, the property is one short  
block from the ocean boardwalk, pier, and walking distance to many  
restaurants with a variety of fare including Mexican, Seafood such  
as the famous Crab Cooker, The Cannery, and Blue Water Grill,  
Italian, Sushi, and several Gourmet such as Renato's, Ocean Front,  
and Aubergine who's Chef is considered one of the top in the United  
States. 
 
Walk or bike to Balboa Island, Lido, the Fun Center located near the  
Pavilion. 
 
It doesn't get any better than this! We are taking reservations now. 
 
During the summer season  Casa Balboa  
rents on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis only. A security deposit of  
$650 is required, and is refunded within 21-30 days of your check- 
out. We accept personal checks, wire transfers, and bank checks.  
Sorry, but we are not set up for credit cards. 
 
From the moment you walk through the dutch door, you'll feel "at  
home" - and maybe a little pampered at the beach. Please send us an
