The Beach House in Carillon Beach

"The Beach House" at Carillon Beach is located on 4000 feet of white
sandy beach. This attractive home contains over 1800 square feet of
living space including living room and dining area, three queen-
sized beds with private baths, and a large bonus room with a queen-
sized sleeper sofa and a private bath. We also have a Flat Screen HD
TV, a Wireless
BroadBand connection and we subscribe to unlimited local and long
distance (USA) service.

Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the west end of
Panama City Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex contains free
standing homes incorporated around three swimming pools, two tennis
courts, childrens playground and picnic area. A coffee house/ice
cream bar, three restaurants, general store and other shops are on
site two
walking blocks from "The Beach House".

"The Beach House" offers a dream vacation in a dream house on the
beach with magnificent views of the Gulf from the family and master
bedrooms. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the two beach front porches
and sunrises over Lake Carillon from the guest bedrooms.

A private walkover to the beach with daily lounge and umbrella set
up is provided from March through October. One of the three swimming
pools is on the Gulf two houses away and one is heated during the winter.

Everything that is needed for children is provided, including a full
sized crib with linens, playpen, umbrella stroller,table and chair
set,toys, pails, shovels, books, CD's, DVD's VCR's, boogie boards,
floats, noodles and more, in an immaculate home setting.

Shopping-Live Theater-Cinemas-Museums-Zoo-Restaurants-Seaside-
Sightseeing-Swimming-Snorkeling&Diving-Boating-Water Skiing-
Parasaling-Surfing-Shelling-Jet Skiing-Fishing-Sea World-Pirate
Cruise-are all available nearby.
