Vacation Rental Description

"The Beach House" at Carillon Beach is located on 4000 feet of white 
sandy beach. This attractive home contains over 1800 square feet of 
living space including living room and dining area, three queen-
sized beds with private baths, and a large bonus room with a queen-
sized sleeper sofa, private bath and TV/DVD. A Wireless BroadBand 
Connection is available for the techies, and we subscribe to 
unlimited local and long distance (USA) service.

Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the west end of 
Panama City Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex contains free 
standing homes incorporated around three swimming pools, two tennis 
courts, childrens playground and picnic area. A coffee house/ice 
cream bar, three restaurants, general store and other shops are on
site two 
walking blocks from "The Beach House".

"The Beach House" offers a dream vacation in a dream house on the 
beach with magnificent views of the Gulf from the family and master 
bedrooms.  Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the two beach front porches 
and sunrises over Lake Carillon from the guest bedrooms.

A private walkover to the beach with daily lounge and umbrella set 
up is provided from April through October. One of the three swimming 
pools is on the Gulf two houses away and one is heated during the winter.

Everything that is needed for children is provided, including a full 
sized crib with linens, playpen, umbrella stroller,table and chair 
set,toys, pails, shovels, books, CD's, DVD's VCR's, boogie boards, 
floats, noodles and more, in an immaculate home setting.

Amenities include a Fireplace (in case you come in the late fall), 
BroadBand Connection, unlimited (Continental USA) telephone service,
A/C, Cable TV, VCR, Sterio, CD and DVD 
players, Full Kitchen,Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, IceMaker, 
Cooking Utensils,Linens, Washer and Dryer, Garage, Gas Grill BBQ,and 
in addition tothe every day lounge set up there is a second 
double lounge on the beach with lounge cushions and umbrellas in the 
garage for use.

Activities include Golf (three major courses within 8 miles, one 
which is across the road, another 3 miles away and the third about 8 
miles away), Hiking, Biking (rental bikes on site and/or will be 
delivered), Tennis, Basketball, and Minatur Golf-Amusement Parks-
Shopping-Live Theater-Cinemas-Museums-Zoo-Restaurants-Seaside-
Sightseeing-Swimming-Snorkeling&Diving-Boating-Water Skiing-
Parasaling-Surfing-Shelling-Jet Skiing-Fishing-Sea World-Pirate 
Cruise-are all available nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

   3/22-4/11/08   $3600/week       Add the 9.5% tax and a $300 refundable
   4/12-5/23        $3000/week       deposit to all rental fees.
   5/24-8/1          $4400/week
   8/2-8/29          $3450/week      
   8/30-10/17      $2500/week
