Vacation Rental Description

Heritage Palms Country Club, just 15 minutes from the Fort Myers  
airport is a very friendly US Home community, winning top awards, and  
is located on 800 acres of meticulously kept grounds, a PICTURE  
PERFECT place to live and enjoy life - golfing on the TWO  
championship courses, playing tennis, cards, pocket billiards,  
keeping fit, swimming in one of the 11 pools, or just relaxing the  
day away! This nonsmoking 3rd floor Brookside condo is beautifully  
furnished and offers a spectacular view of the 16th hole and lake on  
the Royal course.  While sitting on the lanai or inside at the light  
and airy dining area, witness the most incredible sunrises, read the  
paper, enjoy a meal, or watch the golfers coming down the fairway!   
The living room beckons you in with its comfortable reclining  
lounging chair, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, cable TV, VCR and DVD  
player, and stereo/CD player, giving you the comfort feeling of being  
at home!  The den area provides a comfy chair and ottoman for reading  
and relaxing.  The fully equipped kitchen can bring out the "gourmet"  
chef in you!  The master bedroom, complete with a kingsized bed and  
TV, will give you a great night's rest.  The guest bedroom is very  
cozy with a queen bed.  Two main pools, and nine beautiful satellite  
pools, one of which is within 60 yards of this condo, will keep your

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heritage Palms is a gated community with two golf 18 hole golf  
courses, tennis, swimming, etc. Its 28,000 square feet clubhouse  
offering fine informal and formal dining, a pro shop, locker rooms,  
computer room, and fitness center is centrally located on the shore  
of the main 38 acre lake, which also serves as the aqua (driving)  
range. Play tennis on any of the 8 lighted Har Tru tennis courts or  
golf on the challenging championship Royal or Sabal course, designed  
by Azinger/Lewis. Go to "The Lodge" and play cards, take an exercise  
class, shoot a little pool, take a swim, or sit and relax at the Tiki  
Bar.  Or, just sinply enjoy the community walking, jogging, or biking  
the beautiful grounds.

Activities and Attractions

Added to the activities offered right at Heritage Palms, with the  
gulf close by, you can spend the day fishing, boating, jet skiing,  
parasailing, etc. Enjoy fine dining by the water or choose a tavern
