Vacation Rental Description

A townhouse with views overlooking the San Carlos saltwater sailboat canal with  
direct access to open water. The two bedrooms and two full baths are  
located on the second floor with access by way of a spiral stairway.  
A full screened furnished lanai is also on the second floor for your breakfast  
with a view of the morning sunrise. The first floor consists of full  
kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, 1/2 bath, laundry  
facilities, and another fully screened lanai with direct access  
within a few footsteps to the swimming pool (heated automatically).  
The  
dock, boat slips and tiki hut are also within a few footsteps away. 
The "backyard fishing" is good, and the canal is sometimes visited  
by  
manatees and dolphin( who you will hear breaking water at night) but  
sometimes seen during the day. Deepwater charter or partyboat  
fishing  
is available locally, as are theater,cinemas, many shopping malls  
with some major department stores in town and in adjacent Ft Myers. 
Some very good restaurants are available, but if you decide to use  
the fully equipped kitchen there are several very good supermarkets nearby.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated (automatically) Swimming Pool, Tiki Hut, two 36" TV's, VCRs,  
DVD player, a full stereo system, telephone and cable TV . 
Fishing gear on hand, pool floats, treadmill exercise machine 
 for your use and enjoyment.Carport parking. Ceiling fans in  
every room and on lanais, central air conditioning.Fully equipped, so  
just bring appropriate clothing and your toothbrush. Everything else that 
you may require for your stay is in place. Small dog (20 lbs or less) 
is okay.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, boating, numerous sport activities, cinemas, theater,  
shopping, walking, jogging, bicycling, swimming (pool and/or  
beaches)  
guided tours of one kind or another, casino boats or just plain old  
RELAXING in Paradise ! Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring  
Training camps in nearby Ft Myers during the appropriate seasonal  
starts for professional baseball. Ft Myers Miracles (AAA Twins Farm Team) 
plays here during professional baseball season. 
Cape Coral is a sports oriented city with softball, baseball, soccer, tennis and other sports  
facilities available. Golf..of course !

Vacation Rental Rates

May thru December 2008 $1800 per month plus cleaning fee of $150  
plus  
required tax of 10%. Refundable security deposit of $900 in  
advance. 
January thru April 2009 
 $2000 per month + plus $150 cleaning fee + required 10% tourist tax. 
Refundable security deposit of $1000 in advance 
Weekly rates are adjusted accordingly. Small pets are permitted with  
owner prior approval. A description of pet must be provided for  
approval ! There will be an additional Pet Fee of $125 if a pet is 
approved.
