On the Coconut Coast, in the small residential town of Vilas do
Atlantico, is a new luxurious property located 35 minutes north of
the city of Salvador, Bahia, that is home to the second largest
carnival in the world.

We are in a prime residential location close to the Atlantic Ocean.
As well as occupying a privileged location in a verdant, tropical
enviroment, the mansion offers all the amenities of a first-rate,
modern house including night security, swimming pool and garden,
mini-gym, spa services (manicure, pedicure, facials, massages,
acupressure) and private parking slots for up to 8 cars.

This exclusive house provides generously proportioned and well laid
out accommodation with a total floor area of 8,000 square feet (250
square meters) on five stories. There are eight double en-suite
bedrooms. Our grounds offer a beautiful swimming pool, grand
jacuzzi, stand in waterfall and babbling fountain surrounded by a
tropical garden with beautiful flowers. The 1st floor has a wide
lobby that leads directly to the pool and its adjacent bar and
barbecue area.
On the other side of the house, at ground floor level, one finds
four garden rooms, with individual verandas and hammocks overlooking
the quietest side of the gardens. The laundry is also located on the
1st floor.
On the 3rd floor the extra large living & dining area is entirely
surrounded by windows opening onto the garden and which gives a
natural tropical crossed ventilation throughout the house. A few
steps above the main living area, the entertainment "corner" is
filled up with CDs and DVDs in free access to the guests who can
enjoy the wide flat-screen satellite television. Adjacent to the
living/dining room there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a
staircase leading to the pool. High quality furnishings, framed
paintings, sculptures and oriental rugs provide the finishing
touches to a stylish and comfortable home-from-home.
Three beautiful en-suite bedrooms with balcony are located on the
2nd floor, while the entire 4th floor is occupied by our Master
Suite.
Bed linen and towels are provided in all the rooms and are all of
high grade linen.

On the 5th floor, guests can enjoy a mini-gym with equipments,
computer with internet access and a large lounge perfect for parties
or to let your kids play without disturbing the guests on
the other floors.

Salvador City, with all its historical and cultural attractions is
35 minutes' drive... Vilas do Atlantico village centre is 20 min.walk and the Atlantic ocean is a 10 min.
minutes' walk ..This where you will find the joggers and sun worshippers on the beautiful beaches..
The barrachers are the resturants on the beach that serve fresh fish daily if you choose not to have a meal in
the house.

The entire 4th floor is our Master Suite. The Master Bedroom is
furnished with king bed, TV, sofa with ottoman, lounge chair and
round dinning table to seat 4, ceiling fans, veranda with hammocks.
The bath is suited with a double sink, jacuzzi tub, separate swedish
shower head and separate toilet.
Beautiful colored high grade linen, cotton towels, toiletries.
Optional dine in service or dinning in the room.

Stately Suite (01)
On the 2nd floor, the Stately Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed
and has a balcony overlooking the garden area. High quality
furniture, crown molding and dropped light give a special charm to
the 2nd flr Suite.
The bath is suited with a pedestal sink, jacuzzi tub, shower ..

Standard Suites (02)
The Standard Suites, located on the 2nd floor, are furnished with a
queen size bed, or two single beds. It also feature a balcony,
beautiful furniture and same finishing than the Stately Suite.
The bath is suited with a pedestal sink, shower made from glass
bricks and toilet.

Queen Suites (02)
The ground floor Queen Suites are very quaint and cozy, spacious and
comfortable. They come with either a queen size bed or two single
beds. They have a veranda with hammock directly onto the garden area.

Economy Suites (02)
The two Economy Suites, at garden level, also are very comfortable
and cozy. They come with either a queen size bed or two single beds.

small town of Vilas do Atlantico, on the north coast of Salvador,
and 5 minutes from Ayoda-Yemanjá beach.

Vilas do Atlantico is an vast Brazilian style gated community
located on the edge of the beach. It has conveniences not easily
found at other places. Inside the complex gates are found houses and
apartments of all sizes, schools, an equestrian center,
supermarkets, shopping centers, businesses, a gas station, and
restaurants.
Vilas do Atlantico has very pretty beaches, clean streets, well-run

Vilas do Atlantico is located inside the city limits of Lauro de
Freitas, a part of metropolitan Salvador, Bahia. It is about 5 km
from Salvador's International Airport (approximately 15 minutes by
car) and about 25 km from Salvador’s historical center
(approximately 35 minutes by car).

The traditional village of Itapuã, on the outskirts of Salvador, and
its beautiful Abaete lagoon and environmental reserve are just 20
minutes drive.
At approximately 30 minutes by car, the fishermen village of Praia
do Forte, its famous Turtle reserve (Projeto Tamar) and its other
wonderful attractions continues to draw people back year after year.
A further 5 minutes away is the major leisure complex of Costa do
Sauipe, with its 5-stars hotels and year-round entertainment (sport
