Vacation Rental Rates
This condo unit can only be rented out on a MONTHLY basis. Weekly & daily slots are strictly prohibited. $4200 per month (December thru March). $3500 for month of April. Off season (May thru November - $3000 per month. One month's security deposit required. $100.00 non-refundable application fee. $100.00 cleaning fee. Key and elevator deposit required as well. Security, key, and elevator deposit 100% refundable. No pets allowed.
