area. One parking space is provided. Located approximately 19
miles from the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. King-
size bed in master bedroom and queen-size bed in the other. No Smoking allowed in Unit or in pool area.

This condo unit can only be rented out on a MONTHLY basis. Weekly &
daily slots are strictly prohibited. ($3500 per month - December thru
January). ($4000 per month - February & March). ($3500 per month - April & May). Off season ($2500 per month - June thru November).
One month refundable security deposit ($1000) required for first time renters.
$100.00 non-refundable application fee.
$100.00 cleaning fee.
