This condo unit can only be rented out on a MONTHLY basis. Weekly &
daily slots are strictly prohibited. ($3500 per month - December thru
January). $4000 per month (February & March). (April - $3500). Off season (May thru November - $2500 per month) 
One month refundable security deposit ($1000) required for first time renters. 
$100.00 non-refundable application fee.
$100.00 cleaning fee. Key and elevator deposit required as well.
Security, key, and elevator deposit 100% refundable.
