air, ceiling fan, fireplace, full refrigerator, stove, microwave,

bath and kitchen linens included, toaster, coffeemaker,
dishes/utensils provided.

Rates: $1,200 monthly.
No smoking and no daily maid service. A refundable $300
reservation/damage deposit must be received to secure
reservation. Refundable on cancellations up to 4 weeks before
reserved dates. Deposit also refundable after rental upon
verification of no damages. Checks should be made payable to "Eric
Davis" and mailed to 155 Seclusion Drive, Camdenton, MO 65020.
