Airport. House has been completely remodled.
Large, very private backyard with south, east and west facing views of the San
Jacinto mountains. Plenty of room for sun and shade and outdoor
entertaining. Built in speaker system inside and out.
Misting system in pool area.
Outdoor living space and seperate outdoor dining and barbecue area.
Large indoor living and dining areas. Master suite with king bed,
TV/VCR/DVD. 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, each with own sink and
vanity, and shared shower/toilet. The fourth bedroom/TV room has
full sized sofa bed,
and eqipped with TV/DVD/VCR.Beautiful private front courtyard.
Only small pets allowed with owners approval.

Minimum Rental period is 1 (one) week (6 nights/7 days)
Monthly: $4600 Low Season $7000 High Season $8000 Holidays
Weekly: $1575 Low Season $2400 High Season $3000 Holidays
High Season = December 1 through April 30
$500 per week refundable security deposit.
Pool heating fee $300 per week
$150 Non refundable cleaning fee/200 with pets
Any applicable taxes will be added to rental rates
All prices are subject to change until reservation confirmed and 50 %
deposit is received.
