Beautiful pet friendly vacation home on the ocean with wonderful view of Acadia
National Park (only 30 minutes away from Bar Harbor and Acadia
National Park) in Surry, Maine.
If you are looking for the ideal, private vacation home on the ocean
near Acadia - this is it! This very beautiful, large two and a half
bedroom house is splendid for a large family. It is on the ocean on
Newberry Neck Road - home of many large beautiful mansions. It is
on 8 acres of forest and lawn, rolling gently down to it's own beach
and waterfront. The house is nestled in the trees for privacy and
has a huge family room and a beautiful porch. Your entire family
would love this house!
Picture driving South on Newberry Neck Road and turning left on your
own private drive through the woods to your vacation home. Past the
boat shed the road opens up to a huge beautiful yard, the home, the
two car garage etc. It is magnificent!
The house is only 50 yards or so from the water itself and is next
to a rocky beach. There is a babbling brook running by the house
and there is a large sunroom for you to enjoy the peace and
ranquility. From the rocky beach (careful, the water is cold!)you
can walk for miles and miles along the public waterfront.
The house has two bedrooms with another half of a room with a
bunkbed. There is a large remodeled kitchen, comfortable beds, tv,
microwave and all the necessities.

Two car garage, all new kitchen appliances including stove,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerater, freezer, many cabinets, new
dishes and silverware, etc. New carpeting has just been put in all
of the bedrooms and each has wonderful queen size beds. There is a
huge family room with new furniture, tv, stereo etc. The home has a
wonderful sun porch and a very large basement etc.
The house will have everything you need to live comfortably and has high speed internet. It is pet friendly.

Twenty to thirty minutes from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor,
Maine. Only 15 minutes from the town of Ellsworth or Blue Hill.
Situated right on the oceanfront, you can walk for miles and miles
or enjoy exploring the eight acres of wooded forest. Indeed, your home has a beautiful rocky beach only a few yards away! And you can see the ocean from almost all of the windows of the house.
The home is close enough to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor to be convenient and yet provides all of the seclusion and peach and quiet you are most likely looking for! And the home and the property is perfect for your canine companions. We are very pet friendly and your dog/s would love the place as much as you!

Rates range depending upon the season from $900/week to $1600/week. The home is rented from Saturday afternoon to check out on the following Saturday morning.
The special rate for April and May 2012 is only $900 per week and that includes everything including taxes, fees, high speed internet, pet fees etc! That if your complete and final rate.
In July and August the rate is $1,600 which would include everything including taxes, fees, etc. but be sure to discuss based on your personal circumstances!
