Vacation Rental Description

Florida villa located in the much sought after community of Indian 
Ridge, which is just 4 miles from Disney world. There are 4 
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room and a large heated 
pool.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, king-size bed and TV 
with DVD player, whilst the second bedroom also has a king-size bed 
and TV with DVD player. There are 2 further bedrooms one with twin 
beds the other a bunk bed with a double at the bottom. In the family 
room there is TV,DVD,stereo and an Xbox games console, along with 
DVD's, tapes and games to play. A computer and high speed internet 
access is also provided without charge. We also supply a large 
selection of childrens games and many books.

Outside, the pool is 34 feet long and is set in a large deck area, 
fully screened and supplied with pool furniture.

Vacation Rental Amenities

In addition to the amenities at the villa, Indian Ridge has 
communual recreational facilities, including swimming pool and 
tennis and volleyball courts.

Activities and Attractions

Orlando is famous for it's theme parks and there are many to visit 
and enjoy. For golfers there are a huge number of golf courses to 
play and there are many other places to visit, including Kennedy 
Space Centre.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season $775 per week
High Season $875 per week
Christmas & Easter $950 per week

Rates include local taxes but exclude pool heating.  Pool heating 
$125 per week.
High Season - May to September
Low Season - all other times of the year excepting Christmas & Easter
Crib, high chair and personal safe are provided free of charge.
