Vacation Rental Description

Our Villa is on the second floor in a naturaly wooded area. It is  
the perfect setting for a Honeymoon. It has recently been renovated.  
The bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with a walk-in closet.  
 The living/dining/kitchen area has a sofa which makes  
into a queen size bed, dining table for four, full size  
refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV, DVD.  Kitchen is  
fully equiped.  Linens are furnished.  There is a screen porch which  
looks out onto the wooded area.  It is only 100 yards from Kiawah's  
magnificent beach.  There is a shady, paved, walkway to the beach.  
Free Wireless Internet Service is available at the Straw Market  
(which is 2 blocks away).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kiawah was selected as one of the top 10 beaches in the United  
States in 2002.  It has magnificent golf courses, tennis courts,  
miles of shaded, paved bike trails.  It is known for the abundant  
wildlife which lives on the island.  These can be seen by guided  
nature walks, bicycling, canoe and kayaking.  It is only 45 minutes  
from the historical sites of downtown Charleston.

Activities and Attractions

We are located 100 yards from the beautiful Kiawah beach.  There is  
a paved, shaded, path to the beach.  The beach is 10 miles long and  
wide.  Great place to walk or swim.  Bicycling on the beach is  
popular.  We are about 2 blocks from the Straw Market area which has  
shops and a restaurant.

Spring (Mar., Apr., May)$125/day (3 day minimum),$750/week 
 
Summer (June, July, Aug.)  $150/day (3 day minimum), $950/week 
 
Fall (Sept., Oct., Nov.)  $125/day (3 day minimum), $750/week 
 
Winter (Dec., Jan., Feb.)  $125/day (3 day minimum),  $700/week  
 
tax:  11.5%.   
** Rental of less than 4 days have a $50 linen and cleaning fee.
