Waterfront bungalo with intracoastal access. Private yard with
fence. Private beach access to the Atlantic Ocean is only steps away
across S.R. A1A. Two blocks to the beach! You don't have to drive to
the beach, since it's so close, but, if you want to, you can
actually drive ON the beach here at Treasure Beach. There's also a
nice public boat ramp 1 mile north for launching kayaks, canoes, jet
skis and boats.
This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully furnished and
very comfortable.

This house has central heat and A/C. Covered front and rear porches.
The rear porch is screened. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen with
all the utensils and refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven,
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, can opener, etc. The house has
cable TV (3 TV's), DVD/VCR player, stereo/CD player, ceiling fans
throughout and nice carpet. There's a BBQ grill to use with all the
cooking utensils, beach chairs/mats, his & hers beach cruiser bikes
and even a few beach toys for the kids! All linens & towels are
supplied. All you need are your clothes and consumables!
