Enjoy beautiful mountain views and peaceful surroundings from the
Barn & Breakfast Guest House. This second floor studio guest house
includes over 1000 sq. ft. of open living space, located inside a
Gambrel-style barn.
Open the double barn doors and find yourself on an expansive balcony
overlooking the Connecticut River Valley and North-West mountain
ranges. Enjoy the evening watching sunsets, playing pool, listening to
music, or watching a movie. After a restful night sleep, you will find
a fully equipped, full-sized kitchen and wide assortment of breakfast
foods to make yourself breakfast.

Rates include breakfast foods(make-it-yourself):
Eggs, bacon, milk, fresh fruit, oatmeal, juices, bagels, cream
cheese,cold cereals, yogurt, pancake mix and maple syrup, etc. Let us
know what you would like.
Linens provided, Air conditioning, Stereo CD/cassette Player,
Telephone, Fully Applianced Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Satellite TV, DVD
player, pool table, Cybex ARC Trainer, Hoist Home Gym, private parking
spaces are all included.
Bed Set-up: Day-Bed which turns into two twins or one king plus a
queen-size sofabed.

We must say that your Barn & Breakfast has been an absolutely
perfect weekend getaway. We will be telling our friends & family all
about our trip... definitely a lovely home to visit. The area hiking
in Franconia Notch and the airport in Whitefield was great. We took
in quite a lot of nature while the weather held out for us. The
unfortunate instance was the lack of a moose sighting. I guess we
will have to return to find "Bullwinkle" on another trip. Thanks
again for all your attention to detail. Your services were amazing :)
