Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Ponce Inlet Home. 
Quiet residential area one block from ocean! 
The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ponce Inlet (traffic free)are  
just around the corner..... 
HEATED pool that is screened in, in a very private backyard.... 
At NIGHT, while listening to the waves, enjoy the palm trees  
that "light up" along with the pool for a SPECTACULAR and romantic  
private retreat you will absolutely love. 
Enjoy the beachy feel with a nautical theme throughout..... 
Hardwood floors and tile throughout(with one carpeted bedroom)  
Tiled floors are in kitchen and family room right next to the pool  
as well as the front entrance way.   
2700 sq. feet of great floor plan with split bedroom plan. 
Master bedroom offers a king sized bed with a TV....just walk out to  
the pool from this private haven or enjoy a jacuzzi in the ensuite  
bathroom..... 
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with 1/2 bath. It has a sitting  
area with a sofa and TV. 
The 3rd bedroom (with TV)on the main floor has a trundle bed as well as a double bed and  
is next to, but not attached to a full bathroom. 
The living room has 2 windows with a view of the pool area as well as  
a decorative fireplace! 
All 4 TV's have cable included. The family room has a TV,  
DVD player, VCR and Stereo with surround sound and CD player. 
There is an intercom system with music piped throughout the entire  
house for your enjoyment.  
The house is orientated with a southwest exposure in the backyard  
offering lots of sunshine around the heated pool all day. Of course,  
there is a overhang providing shade if needed..... 
You will love it..........

Kitchen- Stainless steel applicances with glass top range, Full sized  
stainless steel side by side refrigerator with filtered water and  
ice, Built in Microwave, Dishwasher, Automatic coffee pot with timer, a hand mixer,  
electric can opener, blender, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, cutting  
board and knives, glasses, wine glasses with a corkscrew and plastic wear  
for around the pool, etc. etc.....Also there is a BBQ in the pool area! (gas  
grill)

There is a front loading washer and dryer as well as an iron and  
ironing board.
