Vacation Rental Description

Kiwi Kai is located in Rum Point in the friendly community of Cayman Kai on Grand Cayman Island. 

Set on a beautiful sandy oceanfront beach, protected 
by a reef 150 yards offshore, far from the hustle and bustle of Seven 
Mile Beach, this secluded one bedroom villa is the place 
to 'decompress.' 

Step out the back door to swim, snorkel, and scuba dive, in perfectly 
calm clear warm Caribbean water; take an endless walk on a timeless 
beach; or sunbathe, read a book, and sip a Pina Colada from the 
blender. 

The living room and bedroom open to a screened porch looking out to the 
sea. All rooms have Caribbean views and casablanca fans. Kiwi Kai is 
simple,yet elegant. Open architecture allows the tradewinds to 
naturally cool each room. Sloped roofs collect precious rainwater for 
the cisterns. The hammock becomes a favorite place to nap. You dine and cocktail on the screened 
porch looking out to the sea, with pleasant conversation under star-
filled skies. 

Time slows. You get in touch with the part of you that is too often 
overlooked. A new perspective awaits.

night stands, chair, clothes closet. One Queen sleeper Futon in 
Living room, with two night stand/end tables.

Without raising your head from your pillow you can see the blue 
Caribbean and white beach a few steps away! Bedroom and bathroom are 
a separate suite from the living area that contains a comfortable 
queen futon. Bedroom and living area each open to a screened porch.  

Entertainment: DVD, radio/CD stereo system audio with USB port
